CNC bits Holder V.2

CNC bits Holder V.2

When I first designed this, I left a large hole in the center just to save material and didn't think much of it. After a while, I had an idea: why not turn that empty space into a drawer? Now, you can use that space to store longer bits and other items.

Good news for V1 users: You don't need to reprint the whole thing! The new drawer fits perfectly into the previous version.

The best part is that the collet holders are fully adjustable. You can mix sizes (like one 9mm and several 3mm) and swap them out whenever you want. I also added extra storage spots for other tools.

Assembly Instructions

  • Install the Backstop: Glue the Block Plate to one side of the main CNC Bit Holder Body. Set it aside to let the glue dry.
  • Assemble the Handle: Glue the Knob part to the Knob Plate.
  • Attach Handle to Drawer: Glue the assembled knob section to the front of the Drawer.
  • Final Step: Once dry, insert the drawer into the main body.

For printing, I suggest PLA-CF for a strong, durable finish. Feel free to share your photos in the comments!
